Who is LeaderOne?

Founded in 1993 by A.W Pickel, III, as a mortgage brokerage company, LeaderOne Financial Corporation has grown into a full-service mortgage banking operation approved to underwrite conventional and government loans throughout the United States. In fact, LeaderOne is designated a "Full-Eagle" FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriting Authority.

A.W. is a well-renowned member of the mortgage banking industry. From 2003-2004 he served as President of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). During this time, he testified before members of the U.S House of Representatives regarding protecting homeowners from abusive lending practices. He currently serves on the Freddie Mac Loan Prospector Advisory Committee and has been a member of the Fannie Mae Housing Impact Advisory Council.
